1. Nature of Service
AureonQuant provides a signal delivery service. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or commodity trading adviser. Signals are informational only. All trading decisions and order execution are solely your responsibility and are carried out through your own Interactive Brokers account.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and hold an active Interactive Brokers account approved for futures trading in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to you.
3. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly. A 14-day free trial is available on all plans. Performance fees are invoiced separately at month end based on your realised P&L, subject to a per-account high-water mark.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. AureonQuant makes no representation that any account will achieve profits similar to historical figures.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AureonQuant and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, signal errors, connectivity failures, or software bugs.
6. Termination
You may cancel at any time via the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for abuse or terms violation.
