Frequently asked questions
Do you manage my account?
No. AureonQuant is a signal service. Orders are placed by your own desktop client into your own Interactive Brokers account. We never have access to your funds.
How is the performance fee calculated?
At the end of each calendar month we calculate your realised P&L from the fill log. If positive, the performance percentage is applied. We use a high-water mark — if you had a losing month, you must recover the loss before fees apply again.
How are plan limits enforced?
Plans are designed around account size, live contract limits, and which strategies are enabled on your account. As you move up the ladder, you can run more capital, more live exposure, and a broader strategy set.
Which plan should I choose?
Starter is for smaller accounts and a simple MES-only P60e setup. Pro is the default choice for serious traders who want stronger instruments plus all core strategies. Elite is for larger accounts that need more sizing flexibility and higher-touch onboarding.
Can I upgrade as my account grows?
Yes. Most users start on Starter or Pro, then upgrade once they want a higher account limit, more live contracts, or broader strategy access.
Why is Starter limited to MES only?
Starter is designed to let you experience the system with smaller notional exposure. Pro unlocks stronger instruments and the full core strategy set once you want more upside and flexibility.
What do I need to get started?
An active Interactive Brokers account approved for futures trading, IB Gateway or TWS installed and running on your machine, and a AureonQuant subscription.
